Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, IT, this is a 4-month internship beginning in September 2022.

What you will do:
Provide helpdesk support to our users and conduct hardware/software deployment, management, and maintenance

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 desktops & laptops

Technical support for end user mobile devices (iOS, Android)

Order, track, configure, and deploy new desktops, laptops, mobile devices, VOIP phones

Currently enrolled and in a Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent degree program
