This position is located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada and is not available for remote work.
What you will do:
Work directly with the Land & Resource Team under the Engineering, Technology and Capital Department
Interact with a team of professionals that manage the legal documents associated with surface and mineral land that you will be responsible for organizing
Use the system created by the team to review, rename and reorganize business critical digital files
Upload files to our SharePoint Site – noting that all SharePoint training will be on the job
Create, maintain, and communicate record of progress to team
Troubleshoot where necessary with team members to ensure optimal system of filing
Assist with ad hoc projects as required
What you will bring:

Discretion when handling confidential documents
Willingness to commit to Nutrien’s core value of integrity
Experience in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on details
Excellent work ethic including the ability to follow-up and take initiative
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively
Analytical skill and reasoning to identify underlying principles or facts associated with information or data
Students in Commerce, Business Administration, Document Management or similar would be considered an asset
