We are an established, consistently busy and award-winning Home Renovations Company servicing the GTA the past 25 years. We are looking for a highly-skilled, knowledgeable “hands-on” individuals to fill our site foreman (Lead Carpenter/Project Manager) positions

- Do you have at least 20 years’ experience (Journeyman)?

- Do you have effective time management and logical decision-making ability?
- Are you knowledgeable and have experience in all areas of residential construction?
- Can you define & solve unique construction-related issues?
THE POSITION REQUIRES:
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites.
- Managing multiple employees and subcontractors.
- Absolute knowledge of materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, safety, and applicable building codes.
- Understand and implementing layout, framing, and finishing of typical remodeling projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and full-scale additions.
- Smaller projects require all skill sets such as minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to clearly explain and implement scope of work, provide clear directions, and work closely with employees, subcontractors and homeowners
- Highly organized, detail oriented and ability to excel in a team environment.
- Provide proper and professional vehicle and tools.
- Current WHIMS, Fall Protection, First Aid Training, and MOL Supervisor Certificate.
Wage range for this position is approximately $55,000.00 – $75,000.00+ per year depending on skill, experience, qualifications and certifications (paid out hourly).
