Needed Immediately!!! Looking for qualified and dedicated Customer Service Reps to assist our operation team in servicing our expanding customer base in a busy warehouse distribution facility.
Skills and Abilities:
Good organizational skills while working in a fast paced time sensitive environment.
Detail oriented, good audit skills and ability to pro-actively identify exceptions.
Attention to detail, including accurate and efficient key boarding skills.
Ability to communicate in a clear, effective, and respectful manner.
Good problem identifying and solving skills while processing high volume of emails.
Excellent customer service skills, and a good team player.
Proactive in addressing inquiries and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Multi-tasking efficiently and effectively with minimum disruption or supervision.
Efficient in key boarding and Microsoft Office (Excel / Word/ outlook).
Responsibilities:
Handling high volume of calls and email inquiries in a timely manner.
Shipment tracking and tracing, data entry and preparing bill of lading.
Providing applicable charges to all customers and preparing invoices.
Following set procedures for handling accounts and performing audits to confirm compliance.
Assisting with job functions pertaining to other desks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
