The Role
We are currently recruiting an Estimating Manager to lead our estimating team. This role will support our various divisions and business units. This position is based out of the head office in Edmonton, AB and reports into the Chief Business Officer.
The Estimating Manager will assist, support and lead the estimating team with a variety of project pursuits in civil, mining and industrial construction scopes. As a key member, we are looking for a natural leader who is able to quickly build rapport with his/her team, senior management, clients and project staff. The ideal candidate is an exceptional technical writer with at least five years of progressive estimating experience and a proven ability to lead successful teams. As the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring OCL maintains an exceptionally high quality of proposal, as well as developing supplementals alongside our strategic managers.
