The Role
We are currently recruiting for Labourers for weekly labour in both the shop and assisting as helpers to Welders on turnarounds.
This is part time work on an as-needed basis.
Hourly rate: $24 – $26 per hour
$160 LOA /day
Responsibilities And Duties
- Read and understand site-specific instructions prior to each shift
- Firewatch duties
- Painting
- Site cleaning and preparation
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Must have valid safety tickets: Fall Arrest and AWP
- Ensure a safe team environment
- Adhere to all company and worksite safety and quality processes and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Previous industrial experience is an asset
- Previous Firewatch experience is preferred
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
