About the Role
The OCS is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative (SCSR) to join our Omni-Channel Customer Service team. As SCSR, you will be responsible for supporting a team of Customer Service Representatives ensuring a proactive and elevated delivery of service to wholesale customers.
The Senior Customer Service Representative will provide expert advice to customers and handle all complex or escalated queries in a confident and professional manner. The position holder will also be responsible for working closely with the Manager of Customer Service to contribute to a continuously improving environment, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and providing guidance and focus on performance for a best-in-class service delivery by the high performing CSR team.
The Senior Customer Support Representative (SCSR) will focus on onboarding newly licensed cannabis retailers to the OCS B2B portal. SCSR will not only for craft an exceptional experience for retailers but also solve complex customer challenges that hinder their ability to successfully access our products and services. SCSR will work cross-functionally with multiple internal business partners (including legal, finance, supply chain and information technology) to ensure success at each step of the customer’s journey. Leveraging confidence, attention to detail and the ability to multitask, the Senior Customer Service Representative (SCSR) will navigate multiple competing priorities and use critical thinking to mitigate key issues.
