About the Role
Reporting into the Product Flow Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator assists with coordinating supply chain activities and works closely with the supply chain, merchandising, DC, and QA team(s) as well as Licensed producers to facilitate inventory activities. The position holder also plays a key role in the continuous improvement of processes that support OCS’ strategic goals and is accountable for project managing key initiatives in the Supply Chain team.

About the Role
Reporting into the Product Flow Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator assists with coordinating supply chain activities and works closely with the supply chain, merchandising, DC, and QA team(s) as well as Licensed producers to facilitate inventory activities. The position holder also plays a key role in the continuous improvement of processes that support OCS’ strategic goals and is accountable for project managing key initiatives in the Supply Chain team.
About Your Day
- Update and maintain Standardization of Process (SOPs) – looking to improve processes where gaps are identified
- Responsible for the development, facilitation, and maintenance of the Inventory team’s Product Call Tracker in order to coordinate product call initiatives and to flag and escalate inventory issues where necessary
- Provide weekly reporting to the inventory team for actionable PO management tasks inclusive of open PO maintenance, delivery date adjustments and other reporting where necessary
- Investigate and resolve PO failures alongside necessary cross functional teams (IT, DC)
- Ownership of the accessories portfolio including PO issuance, vendor management and issue resolution where necessary
- Farmgate ownership inclusive of vendor onboarding, PO release and issue resolution where necessary
- Ownership and end to end management of the RTV process including continuous process improvement initiatives to the RTV process. The SCC will also be responsible for weekly reporting on Aged Inventory in relation to the RTV process
- Monitor and action emails through the Supply Chain shared inbox – escalating to the Supply Chain Specialists and Product Flow Manager where necessary
- Problem-solve issues in our supply chain and work cross-functionally to come up with a solution
About You
- Post-Secondary education in Supply Chain or related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 1-2 years in Inventory Management, Logistics and/or administrative experience in a business environment (internships/co-op experience is acceptable)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Intermediate MS Office skills, including MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
Remote Work
- This position offers a Hybrid work schedule. You will be required to be in the office a minimum of 1 day each week, with the ability to work from home for the remaining workdays (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance).
- When working from home, a reliable internet connection is required. Remote work is supported with cloud-based applications and collaboration tools (i.e., MS Teams)
