Job Description
The role
We are preparing to launch our new People Strategy for the OfS, and in doing so we are creating this new role for an OD professional to take up a senior post, and lead the newly formed Organisational Development function within the wider HR team. You will provide expert direction of learning and development, talent management, e-learning, skills mapping, learning needs analysis and other elements of OD work, with particular focus on the professionalisation of regulatory skills.

About You
This role would suit an experienced OD professional, who is passionate about the full employee experience and can demonstrate their ability to achieve clear business outcomes. The successful candidate for this role will work in partnership with colleagues across HR and the wider organisation; experience of building productive relationships with key stakeholders and influencing at senior levels is therefore essential. We are looking for someone who will be enthusiastic about building the function and leading a team. A flexible, creative approach, and excellent communications skills will also be essential.
Alongside your salary of £75,712, Office for Students contributes £21,123 towards you being a member of the Civil Service Defined Benefit Pension scheme. Find out what benefits a Civil Service Pension provides.
