Software Engineer at OkRx

Exposed to the entire software development lifecycle, you will work on the specification, design, coding, testing and deployment of various solutions within a modern cloud (Azure) environment.

When you automate things, you’re basically assuring that something will work exactly the way you intended it to work. A process is communicated. A tool is programmed. The latter leaves much less room for error. By helping us building OkRx FormSmart you will help transforming OkRx in its heart. Providers can spend more time with patients and less on paperwork when they collaborate on drug Prior Authorization (PA) and Patient Support Program (PSP) enrolments forms digitally through a single online platform.

About You:

· Methodical and pays high attention to detail.

· Focused on tying up loose ends.

· Strong communicator.

· Strong knowledge and application of software design patterns.

· Excellent practical knowledge of OOP concepts and SOLID principles.

· Experience with .NET Core.

· Solid understanding of HTTP and RESTful design.

· Experience with SQL and NoSQL.

· Experience with Unit and Integration testing.

· Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment workflows – Azure DevOps and Cloudflare.

· Cloud-based application development experience (we use Azure).

· Advanced competency with C#.

What you will be doing:

· Design, develop, test, maintain, and improve software.

· Collaborate with globally distributed and multidisciplinary teams.

· Assist in requirements gathering and produce technical specifications.

· Participate in team knowledge management and make recommendations for continuous improvement to the SDLC

Salary: $CDN 70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
