As the General Manager, you’ll lead a team to deliver a profitable store business plan. You’re responsible for bringing the brand to life for our customers and ensuring our store achieves all key metrics and is meeting or exceeding goals. You’ll drive profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store including; customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. As the General Manager, you’ll inspire and coach your store team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Analyze results, identify opportunities and makes decisions in collaboration with the leadership team to drive key performance indicators. * Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling. * Manage store budget for daily operations in support of the Profit & Loss Statement. * Build highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people through coaching and feedback. * Teach and train to build capabilities and hold team accountable for performance. * Lead the implementation and execution of all standard operating procedures and initiatives. * Create an inclusive and positive working environment. * Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity. * Perform Service Leader duties. * Represent the brand and understand the competitive landscape. * Promote community involvement. * Leverage an omni-channel approach to deliver a frictionless customer experience * Ensure all compliance standards are met
