Job Description
Our collaborative, energetic, and friendly managers contribute to the success of our stores. At Altrom Auto Group, we believe that an excellent manager is distinguished by their leadership skills, open-mindedness, and active engagement. Our store team members are kind, hard-working, humble and proud to work at Altrom. They deserve managers who will run things efficiently, optimize practices, create synergy, and prioritize safety.
- Effectively support the overall objectives of the Store including providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales
- Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals
- Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy
- Attends and participates in regular communication meetings held by the Store Manager
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
- College degree in business or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Automotive aftermarket and parts supply background and/or knowledge
- Experience in personnel management
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Strong computer literacy
