Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer is primarily responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating the human resources department. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the human resources department (two direct reports), personnel management, including wage increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies. This position will also determine staffing requirements and participate in the recruitment process. This individual will comply with provincial and federal legislation, company and health & safety policies and ISO quality program and procedures.
