POSITION DESCRIPTION
Once Upon A Child Windsor offers customers a fun and convenient way to buy and sell gently used kids’ stuff, which makes saving money on children’s clothes, toys, baby furniture and equipment a reality every day. We focus on quality, safety, and value – the same things you feel important for your own families.
We are looking for outgoing and motivated individuals who have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a fun, team oriented environment. The right candidate will be available to work days, evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities include contributing to the success of our operation by receiving, handling and helping manage the inventory of merchandise and supplies in a timely and organized manner. Help promote the brand image of both the product and the store. Positively impact the customer experience by maintaining visual standards by keeping the store and back room organized. You will also be expected to provide a high level of customer service by ensuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner.
