OneVest Looking for Bilingual Client Experience Specialist at Canada Full Time

We are looking for an energetic, high performing, English and French speaking individual with a passion for creating and delivering exceptional experiences to OneVest’s growing customer base. The Bilingual Client Experience Specialist interacts with customers daily, responds to their inquiries about our products and services, and handles and resolves complaints. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this position.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Be the first point of contact for external clients: triaging and owning issue resolution and providing a positive customer experience in a timely, professional and friendly manner  
• Interact with clients through multiple channels; including, live client support environments, email, video, and phone
• Identify issues for escalation to internal and external teams
• Identify opportunities for process and/or product improvements and collaborating with the appropriate teams to put them in practice
• Work with our partners to continuously improve both our practices as they relate to providing positive client experiences

Must Haves:

• Combination of 1-3 years experience in a customer service and/or sales related environment
• You’ve invested before and have a strong understanding of finance, investment products, and how they work
• You love to learn: there’s always more to know, and you’re keen to discover it
• You’re bilingual: you have native proficiency in French and professional proficiency in English
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an acute attention to detail
• You’re organized, able to solve problems, and capable of prioritizing tasks on your own in a dynamic work environment
• Bonus experience: Experience with Zendesk or a similar client experience management tool
