At OFRA, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for our residents and we are looking for a dynamic and driven Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
As the Human Resources Generalist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and supportive environment for our residents and staff. Working in a unionized setting, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent, assisting with designing and implementing training programs, coordinating employee benefits, disability management, health and safety, absenteeism management, employee investigations, as well as ensuring compliance with all employment-related legislation. You will also have the opportunity to assist in labour relations matters, including grievance, negotiations, and contract interpretation.

You are an experienced human resources professional with secondary education in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least three years of directly related work experience. You have a professional designation as a Certified Human Resources Professional or have at least completed the educational requirements for certification. You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute work efficiently and effectively. Top-notch computer skills are a must. Knowledge of employment-related legislation is required. The ability to communicate in the Finnish language is an asset.
Salary: $54,943.55 – $66,784.23
