The Director, Program is responsible for the performance of a program that will replace paper-based workflows with digital works flows to decrease the administrative burden health care providers are experiencing. The Director, Program Management will be responsible for the creation and management of an integrated project plan, program governance, reporting, risk mitigation, and strategic communication.
The Director is a senior level position reporting to the Vice President, Customer Experience and Business Integration. The Director collaborates with clinical leaders, health service providers, Ministry and executive level stakeholders and provides strategic leadership to the program that has complex mandates/objectives and large provincial impact.
The Director oversees a team of 2 Integrated Program Managers who will support the day-to-day operations of the program. They will also provide leadership and mentoring to program team members, ensuring the team is creating work that aligns to the program strategy, budget, and timelines.
