Job summary

This position is responsible for supporting the coordination and integration of OMA products and services to enhance the member value from the OMA through best practices in project management, process improvement, innovation and data analysis. This position will use practices in project management, data analysis and continuous improvement to support curation and raise awareness of OMA products and services to various segments of our members. Responsible for monitoring key data trends and metrics and employing continuous improvement methodologies.

How you will make a difference

• Supporting cross functional coordination and integration of OMA products and services to raise awareness, engagement and satisfaction
• Leveraging project management practices to organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder/cross-functional team meetings
• Participating in larger cross-functional meetings with both OMA staff and members
• Supporting development of new products and services by seeking out and analyzing various data sources and market research
• Supporting member-centric research and evaluation framework for new products and services
• Supporting key decision-makers to make informed decisions about value of opportunities.
• Performing on-going assessments to ensure continued value to members; monitoring and evaluating member interest, usage and feedback; and providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Assisting teams to identify roles and develop work processes that improve efficiency and add value to members.
• Assisting in organizing and coordinating internal operations of Business & Market Development Team

Requirements that are important to us

• University degree in Health/Business Administration or equivalent
• Four to five years of well-developed business acumen and experience in stakeholder management, data analysis, metrics and reporting.
• A solid foundation in health care administration, project management, data analysis, metrics and reporting
• Familiarity with current trends and issues in health care Experience working in a member-based association an asset
• Strong data analytics experience
• Developing continuous improvement solutions
• Process Improvement experience (i.e., yellow/green belt), an asset
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate into information to all audiences
• Experience designing and implementing metrics, KPIs and dashboards
• Experience using BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI; Smartsheet
• Project management experience
• A collaborative team player with a flexible approach
• Ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external contacts

The OMA has moved to a permanent hybrid work environment. As such, the individual in this position will be required to work a minimum number of days in our Toronto office.
