Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing structure around strategy execution by creating processes and tools that link initiatives to strategy and monitor progress. Ensures processes are in place so that the strategy review, operational planning and budget cycles are aligned. Evaluates operational activities using data driven measurement tools to drive accountability within the organization. Provides environmental scan of health care system trends as a key input into strategy review (i.e., PESTLE analysis)
