Job Summary
Do you feel energized by developing relationships with physicians, meeting with them to review and assess their insurance needs throughout their work career, offer insurance advice, move them to act on the recommended solutions, and help place the necessary insurance risk solutions? This is an exciting opportunity to join our OMA Insurance (OMAI) department as a Senior Regional Insurance Advisor for the Hamilton, Niagara, and St. Catherine regions and work in an environment you thrive in! OMA Insurance offers a complete portfolio of group and individual life insurance solutions and services to OMA members in Ontario and members of the Atlantic medical associations. You Will Make a Difference
Build and maintain strong working relationships with physicians by reviewing insurance needs, analyzing their current coverage, identifying gaps, presenting, and explaining options and associated financial risks and impacts, and recommending OMA solutions to address those needs and ensure physicians and their families, medical students, and residents have adequate and applicable insurance coverage.
Requirements That Are Important To Us
The OMA has moved to a permanent hybrid work environment. As such, the individual in this position will be required to work a minimum number of days per week in office.
