Position Available:
We are currently seeking a Full-Time/Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our team at our Aurora clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to telephone calls and emails with professionalism (Patient bookings, follow up calls)
- Facilitate patient flow by notifying staff of patient’s arrival or delay
- Respond to patients, prospective patients, and visitor inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Keep medical office supplies adequately stocked
- Maintain cleanliness of reception area, waiting room and exam rooms
Certifications & Experience
- Experience with medical terminology would be considered an asset
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Radiant/PACS and booking software is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $14.00-$20.00 per hour
