Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Dispatch Supervisor. The Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day dispatch operations, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries, maintaining customer satisfaction levels, monitoring and maintaining DOT compliance, and providing excellent communication and service to customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills, Dispatching, and Communication skills
• Strong understanding and adherence to DOT Regulations
• Customer Service skills and ability to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the transportation and logistics industry
• Experience in managing a team of dispatchers
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
