Ontario Water Werx Inc. are leading experts in the sub surface watermain and sewer repair industry. We are growing and looking for an experienced AZ truck driver to join our team. We offer competitive wages and benefits.
Experienced individuals in the construction industry are preferred; knowledge of proper health and safety procedures are required. The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic and be team player.
Duties:
- Delivery of materials and aggregates to and from job sites throughout York Region, Simcoe County and the GTA
- Performing pre-trip and post inspections, ensuring load security, and maintaining proper hours of service
- The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of heavy commercial driving experience is required
- Valid AZ license and clean Commercial Vehicle Operators Record
- Drivers with experience floating equipment preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of all CVOR requirements; logbooks, hours of service, pre-trip and trip inspections etc.
- Ability to work on weekends or nights when emergency jobs occur
