Our Talent Team: In order to achieve our vision, we are looking for a passionate, energetic, and outgoing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team to attract the best candidates to Opencare. You’ll be managing the full-cycle recruitment process, giving our applicants a stellar candidate experience from application to offer.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Opencare, you’ll be working closely with the Head of Operations and Finance/CEO to:

• Launch recruitment campaigns: researching salary bands, conducting intake meetings with hiring managers, writing job descriptions, and advertising career openings
• Screen inbound resumes, application questions, and aptitude assessments
• Source active and passive candidates using a variety of recruitment channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Conduct phone and video interviews to identify top candidates to meet with hiring managers
• Manage the candidate lifecycle, planning and scheduling interviews, coordinating reference checks, and acting as the frontline, first point of contact for anyone interested in working for Opencare
• Negotiate, write, and deliver job offers to successful candidates
• Perform new-hire onboarding, sending welcome packages, distributing hardware, creating accounts, and conducting first-day orientation sessions

Some key attributes of a successful candidate:

• At least 2 years of experience in an in-house talent acquisition role, managing full-cycle recruiting from job launch to offer, with demonstrated success hiring for technical roles
• Minimum 2 years of experience sourcing active and passive candidates using a variety of channels such as LinkedIn recruiter, Pavilion, and post-secondary education institutions
• Experience using HRIS and ATS software
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Experience using Lever ATS
• Familiarity with BambooHR
• Experience working in a rapidly growing startup environment
• Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software developers, sales executives, and accounting professionals
