SAP Ariba, Source to Pay Solution Lead

OpenText is looking for a candidate with strong SAP Source to Pay background to be part of a diverse team having responsibility for the ongoing management and expansion of their SAP suite of ERP applications. As well as have an active role in the implementation and support of SAP Ariba at OpenText. In this position, your role is to provide SAP functional expertise within the source to pay process area as well as solution ownership for this functional area of SAP and associated systems. The right candidate will have strong Source to Pay business process knowledge and will work closely with the Source to Pay business teams to define requirements and implement solutions to meet those requirements.

You Are Great At:
Deep understanding the SAP Ariba and SAP ERP Source to Pay functionality as well as industry best practices

Participate/Lead Blueprint and design workshops with Business and IT leads

Strong communication skills with extensive experience working with business leaders

Communicate to process teams the technical capabilities of the solution

Perform requirement analysis and fit / gap analysis and produce configuration and development requirements

Design, configuration, and testing of solutions within Ariba and Procurement modules of SAP

What It Takes:
Experience building strong relationships with business teams and translating functional requirements into SAP end to end process design

Should have good understanding of the business processes, ability to prioritize, organize, and accomplish multiple tasks, both as part of a team and independently

Strong experience with hands on configuration of Ariba (upstream or downstream) and the Materials Management Modules of SAP

Experience with the Source to Pay process in a software or technology company is an asset

Experience with OpenText Products such as Vendor Invoice Management is an asset

Experience with the SAP procurement functionality within S4 HANA as well as complimentary Source to Pay solutions

Experienced in at least 1 full lifecycle Ariba implementation

Experienced in at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience

8+ years of hands on experience with SAP

Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
