Optimity Looking for Member Support Specialist at Toronto, ON Full Time

One of the most important parts of the customer experience is the guidance and support they receive when they have questions or issues that need resolution. In this role, you’ll be responsible for answering user inquiries and resolving issues promptly and leaving users delighted with the experience.

As a part of our customer success team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries
• Identifying the cause of any problems, and working with the appropriate people in our company to resolve
• Shaping and improving the Optimity customer support process
• Helping to create & modify FAQ documents
• Monitoring social media accounts for customer support-related issues

This role has a LOT of opportunity to grow, very quickly—you will have the power to do big things—like improve and even define processes, and help build a support community—and ultimately expand our member support team.

Optimity is looking for a bilingual (French & English) Member Support Specialist, who preferably lives in Montréal or Québec.
NOTE: This role will begin as a part-time role at the end of January/early February, and will ramp up to a full-time role in March for a maternity leave replacement. Interviews for this position will also begin early January.
