The Job!
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you are a leader in the team with duties including:
- Utilizing the portfolio management system to upload and maintain client information.
- Preparing reports and analysis on clients as well as portfolio management and performance.
- Reviewing reports and presentations for accuracy and verifying calculations and information.
- Presenting performance analysis and findings to senior management.
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives related to client reports and portfolio management.
- Other duties and activities as assigned.
What you bring to the job
Beyond your experience in wealth management/back office/fund operations. You are someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in an environment where they can enhance their knowledge and skillset. You are a team player with a forward-thinking mindset and dedication to providing only the best client service. You also have:
- A university degree, ideally in business or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in portfolio management, fund operations, back-office environment coming from a custodian.
- Solid experience with investment performance analysis and reporting
- Experience with Eagle Investment and Micro Strategy Systems (portfolio management) or similar platform preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- High capability to work independently and collaborative within a team
