Customizes and delivers education services to external customers.
The Associate Consultant/Instructor is responsible for the success of their assigned Oracle project/training events and committed to superior customer service. They are expected to participate in the development of plans for continuous personal and professional growth. Control aspects of the customer event (i.e. instruction, application implementation, environment, setup etc.) to ensure success. Produce quality deliverables on a project (i.e. assessments, communication, curriculum development, Tutor, eLearning). Continually develop capacity to deliver services that add value to the customer and grow their understanding of basic concepts. Provide support to project team, project management, and upper management. Meet utilization targets. Travel as needed.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. BS or equivalent functional or professional experience preferred. Has obtained or is working towards applicable industry recognized certifications (OCP, CPA, CPIM).

As an Education Associate Consultant , the program prepares you for an exciting and rewarding career within Oracle NetSuite. Associate Consultants participate in an initial onboarding experience focused on building product knowledge, consulting skills, business acumen, and implementation methodology through training, development, and shadowing.
After onboarding, you’ll join the Education Services team, focusing deeply on professional development while furthering your NetSuite expertise. You will work directly with a wide variety of customers, industries, and networks to design and facilitate an outstanding customer learning experience. You will be a key connection for our customers by serving as a trusted advisor, able to assess their needs surrounding Education and User Adoption. Education Associate Consultants will develop continuous enablement plans for each customer throughout their unique education journeys and execute a variety of deliverables including live training, tailored documentation, and more. You will also advise customers on how to best utilize the many Education resources available, from Live Webinars to individual Advising Sessions, to achieve their goals as an organization
As a member of the Customer Success team, you will also contribute to various initiatives, projects, and programs, gaining valuable experience across multiple business environments. Engaging in work that invigorates, intrigues, and excites our Associate Consultants is a cornerstone of our program and NetSuite Customer Success as a whole.

Partner and consult with the customer and collaborate with NetSuite’s other customer facing teams to understand roles, responsibilities, and business to effectively advise on learning content to meet needs
Deliver high quality learning strategies tailored to the customer’s use of NetSuite and consult on industry leading practices
Assume full ownership for success of multiple concurrent customer projects where you will drive learning engagements to effectively achieve desired outcomes
Actively engage in becoming an industry expert to guide and advise customers to solve business challenges through learning
Consistently serve as an agent for change by contributing recommendations on improving internal engagement processes and driving customer success

Most applicable majors include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, Global Business, Economics, or a related field, with a focus on Accounting, Supply Chain, and/or Management Information Systems
