An Assistant Manager will market the Orangetheory Fitness studio in the community to create brand awareness, fuel the “buzz”, and drive traffic, leads & membership sales. Responsible for overseeing sales performance, sales team, and marketing events. An Assistant Studio Manager will have:

• Sales experience in a high paced, growth oriented environment
• Exposure to managing people
• A lifelong passion for fitness.
• They will be a creative, resourceful, and independent individual that loves the idea of managing a dynamic and growing fitness facility.
• College or university diploma in Health and Fitness, Kinesiology, Business or Marketing a definite asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
