Responsibilities
To coordinate inbound logistics activities from external suppliers into Oregon Tool Canada. Schedule deliveries, and provide a Receiving Schedule based on PO’s due. Provide administrative and ERP system support to the for inbound deliveries to ensure timely and accurate Goods Receipt transactions. Support physical verification including cycle counts as needed, ensuring inbound inventory accuracy and reconciliation of packing slips vs. purchase orders, and produce a variety of documentation required for both domestic and import shipments as needed. Working with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
Requirements
Previous experience in shipping and warehouse documentation preferred
Courses in logistics, customs, export, and transportation is an asset.
Basic computer skills and accuracy.
Working knowledge of business software like SAP and online carrier booking is preferred.
