What can you expect on a typical day as an Accounts Receivable Administrators?
ORKIN Accounts Receivable Administrators complete a number of activities on a day-to-day basis. One thing is for sure, there is never a “typical” day with us, every day presents challenges our Accounts Receivable Administrators love to tackle. Your day may consist of
· Enter and process incoming payments and cheques in a timely and accurate manner.
· Data entry in a very high-volume environment.
· Perform audits to ensure all invoices have the required back up documents and bill reference numbers
· Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure information is accurate
· Reconcile daily payments and deposits
· Other related duties as assigned
What do you need to qualify?
To be considered for the Accounts Receivable Administrator role, we do have some requirements
– Exceptional communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
– Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
– Ability to work under pressure while ensuring close attention detail
– Experience with data entry and invoicing
– Experience with Cash Applications
– Recent experience in a very high-volume
– College degree with accounting background is an asset
– Experience with many different types of ERP is an asset
– Versa Pay/Dade Systems experience is preferred
– Will have to undergo a criminal background check and sign a non-solicitation agreement
