About the role:
We are seeking a passionate, driven Director, Quality Operations to lead our organization’s continued pursuit of excellence for of our client Bell Canada as one of their preferred partners OSL Direct, a Bell Authorized Agent.
The successful candidate will be accountable for maintaining and improving our teams Quality Metrics, driving accountability, ethical practices, trust and consumer satisfaction. In addition, this candidate will also manage a group of sales team support personnel
