Reporting to the Senior Manager, Application Services, the Manager, Enterprise Applications will provide hands-on management support in maintaining and enhancing the full spectrum of enterprise applications. Incumbent will lead all phases of enterprise applications lifecycle from planning, implementation, maintenance, upgrade and decommission, ensuring a highly reliable and stable application environment. Expert-level SQL and database skills will allow management of the firm’s Microsoft SQL Server infrastructure environment. Management skills will direct a group of performing individuals in projects, service incidents, and change requests.

Education and Experience
The position requires a university degree in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in enterprise application support, with 5 years as either a technical leader or IT manager. Working and business knowledge in the Legal industry is preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be acceptable. Ideally, the incumbent shall have significant exposure to the full breadth of enterprise applications including document management, financial systems, database administration etc.

We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work partially in the office.
