Reporting directly to the COO, and situated within the IT function, this pivotal role will collaborate across departments, providing the autonomy to oversee Tecka’s in-house Digital Media operations.

What You’ll Be Doing: Awareness > Engagement > Conversion (Sales)
• Collaborate closely with the COO, assisting with various aspects of their daily routine and schedule management.
• Play a pivotal role in research, planning, engagement, programing, orientation, scheduling, and fulfillment.
• Support the team in executing event activations.
• Flex your multitasking muscles and adhere rigorously to deadlines.
• Demonstrate your passion for fashion, trends, branding, and digital assistance.
• Develop, coordinate, and support SEM and paid social campaigns, including creating ad copy, conducting keyword research, and implementing bidding strategies.
• Masterfully employ Google Tag Manager to track website analytics and conversion goals, including event tracking and custom variables.
• Keep our Shopify website up-to-date with content changes.
• Assist in the construction of our new website and its CRM integration, applying SEO tactics, performing content audits, handling data entry, overseeing landing page creation, ensuring quality assurance testing, and coordinating with vendors.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages and enhance conversion rates.
• Craft insightful dashboards and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to guide the marketing team.
• Stay in the know about the latest features and best practices on platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, continuously enhancing campaign performance.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the web development team and external partners to ensure proper tracking and conversion optimization.
• Support the Digital Marketing Manager and the team with administrative tasks and reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Relevant experience, which could include relevant education focused on Digital Marketing or equivalent hands-on career experience.
• Demonstrated 1-3 years of digital experience, showcasing a track record of successful campaign implementation.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels, spanning SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital measurement tools, as well as Microsoft Suite and Shopify.
• Self-driven and adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and project coordination skills.
• Adept at working independently and collaborating within a distributed team.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Outstanding time management skills, proven through your ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks.
• While not mandatory, French language skills are a valuable asset.
• Experience on the client or agency side, particularly in the realms of brands, fashion entrepreneurship, financing, or banking, is considered advantageous.
