Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the Manager, GL&DC – Early Intervention Program, you’ll be the member’s first point of contact with OTIP’s Early Intervention (EI) program. This includes contacting members to complete initial screening to determine eligibility and candidacy for the EI Program and will require interviewing members, seeking out and clarifying information and probing as necessary.
