What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Gas Bar Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Provide exemplary service to customers in a courteous, efficient manner
Ensure that pump island, sales area and cooler products are stocked within approved programs, policies, and procedures
Assist with directing, training and scheduling team members as needed to support the Manager
Assist with writing and receiving orders, invoicing
Data entry into the RCBK computer system
Prepare the daily pump and cash reconciliation reports
Complete daily summaries and other paperwork
Operate the cash register and other equipment
Perform general housekeeping and maintenance duties
Contribute to the Team in living the Corporate Values of Integrity, Community and Excellence
Perform other duties as assigned

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in retail operations, and:
Previous experience in a convenience store or gas station is an asset
Previous customer service experience in a retail setting is an asset
Strong math skills and computer skills
Honest, reliable, trustworthy, results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills – able to rise to the occasion in an emergency
Ability to work well under pressure and deal with competing priorities
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
The ideal candidate will have open availability to work 7 days per week with a variety of shifts, which will include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays
Must have reliable transportation as bus is not always available for all shifts
Preference will be given to candidates that are willing and able to work at other Gas Bar locations, as business needs arise
Ability to perform physical job duties including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50lbs regularly
