What’s the job?
We are looking for a Senior SEO and Content Manager, specifically with experience in Google Analytics, to join our growing team. This position will lead both our team of SEO specialists – and work closely with project managers and content writers to create the best digital content for our clients and brands. Reporting directly to our Project Management Lead, you will oversee our various projects and provide direction on long-term SEO strategies. Other responsibilities include:
Analyzing our site data and developing content writing strategies to increase engagement and traffic.
Ensuring all content adheres to our style guidelines, as well as the guidelines of our clients.
Ensuring that the clarity and quality of all content are engaging and informative while meeting SEO needs.
Managing SEO activities (sources mapping, keywords optimization, affiliate links, link building, user research, keyword research, etc).
Generating weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue, and keyword tracking.
Developing keywords and executive strategies for keyword opportunities to increase sales and rankings.
Creating campaigns that drive traffic, while improving engagement, leads, and leads.
Supporting the overall marketing strategy and acting as the expert in Google SEO.

What’s the pay?
Starting at $50,000 to $60,000 with a big emphasis on “starting”! We’re hoping to continuously grow your skills, this role, and the salary that comes with it!

You love Google SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
You have impeccable written skills in English, with an ability to perform individual research on various topics.
You already have experience in e-commerce, marketing, or written content.
You are highly organized and are able to meet strict deadlines.
You thrive under pressure and tight timelines, with an ability to shift priorities based client needs.
You have a passion for search marketing with an interest in numbers and analysis.

Bonus points:
At least 3 years experience in SEO, content writing, and/or leading projects with similar responsibilities.
Team leadership experience.

You have experience getting organic traffic with the numbers to back it up.
You love to work in a fun, but fast-paced environment and can keep up with a growing company!
