Position:

Full Time Data Entry

Training Shift:

Monday-Friday 9:00am-1:00pm in our office in Surrey

Shift after completion of training

Monday-Friday 1:00pm-9:30pm with flexible end time dependent on daily volumes – working from home with company owned computer equipment.

Job Description:

· Review scanned images of freight bills and enter data into a billing system

Job Requirements:

· Keen attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and prioritize work by importance and urgency

· Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience

· Strong willingness to learn

· Organized, efficient & self motivated

· Cooperative, team oriented & personable

· Previous freight industry knowledge is required

· Must be flexible with hours

· Knowledge of LTL400/AS400 system an asset

· Have ability to work from home (WIFI)

· Reliable transportation when coming into the office

Compensation & Benefits:

· Wage to be negotiated based upon experience
