This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with our leadership team.

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Representative at Owl Labs, you will be a driving force behind our lead generation efforts, focusing on building and managing a robust sales pipeline. Your role will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and ensuring the success of our Series B growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation Mastery: Utilize your expertise in lead generation to identify and qualify potential leads through strategic research, outbound prospecting efforts, and targeted outreach
• Pipeline Building: Own the end-to-end process of building and nurturing a strong sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for the sales team
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with Owl Labs’ growth objectives, providing valuable insights into market trends and customer needs
• Pipeline Management Expertise: Implement best practices in pipeline management, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and effective follow-up to maximize conversion rates

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in a BDR or similar role, particularly in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Strong proficiency in lead generation techniques, with a focus on creativity, resourcefulness, and strategic thinking
• Proven ability to build and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline, showcasing a results-oriented approach
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development

Base salary range: $95,000 – $150,000
