As Assistant Construction Manager, you will support office and retail construction projects while collaborating closely with the Construction Managers, Coordinator and Operations and Property Management teams. You will be involved in project execution, communication & documentation, tenant coordination, drawing review and approval, start-up requirements, financial tracking, site monitoring, progress reporting, close-out documentation, and administration of tenant & landlord design and construction functions. This position will have the opportunity to take on a lead role in a variety of projects across Oxford’s GTA office portfolio.
