The Admissions Officer is a key part of the OzTREKK Team. Working with our knowledgeable Admissions Team, under the supervision of the Admissions Manager, the Admissions Officer is responsible for ensuring that all students pursuing studies in Australia and New Zealand receive top-notch support.
Day-to-day, the Admissions Officer acts as a point of contact for all OzTREKK students, and Australian universities to which OzTREKK students have applied. The Admissions Officer has responsibility for responding to student inquiries, processing documents, organizing and submitting students’ university applications and for managing all application-related university communication.
The successful candidate must be capable of collaborating, as the Admissions Team works together to prioritize work according to workload, time of year, target goals and special projects. Skills in time management and organization are a must. Attention to detail and exceptional writing skills are also critical to success.
Additional qualities of a successful candidate include:
Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing requirements and needs of the organization
A genuine energy and interest to learn
Proficiency with various computer applications, including the basics: Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
