OVERVIEW: We’re looking for a hard-working and self-motivated Administrative Assistant and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, possess a great attention to detail and confidence to work alone with a team.
This could be the perfect opportunity for you! Duties and Responsibilities:

Validate data into the service database with great speed & accuracy
Ensure and verify the data before it is entered & processed
Respond to the customer’s enquiries in a timely manner
Assist with scheduling meetings and minute taking
Perform duties such as taking samples and evaluating
Maintain records files are updated
Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail
High school diploma required
Good computer knowledge and skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Enjoy new challenges and working in a fast-paced busy environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
