The Opportunity
PAC Global is looking for a passionate, marketing communications manager to join our small non-profit association. Its important you know that a non-profit is different than the public or private sectors. We are not pressured to make high profits, manage cash or expected to work excessively. We must make at least a break-even to remain sustainable. We are motivated to provide high quality products and services for our members (our customers), ensure we work in an inclusive safe environment, collaborate with like-minded people, enjoy our work and treat each other with respect and dignity.
We will be clear about the work required. You will have deadlines, and specific virtual meetings you must attend. You will have 100% flexibility to work remotely but must deliver high-quality work according to deadlines. You will be required to meet in person up to 4 times per year. Responsibilities:
· You will review, create and maintain brand integrity, ensure quality in website and all marketing communications and collateral sell sheets, brochures, PPT decks, email campaigns, etc.
· Strategize and collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders to develop compact go-to-market strategies for existing products and services, while coming up with new marketing ideas based on the research.
· You will lead the project management and preparation of materials required for new business pursuits, presentations, and pitches.
· Plan and spearhead marketing events and other campaigns to strengthen member relations and global presence where it matters the most.
· Develop the required changes in the digital marketing strategy based on timely data given by analytics and metrics.
· Report on website, social and email analytics weekly to PAC Global team, quarterly to PAC Global Board of Directors.
· Partner lead with external website, operating systems, designers and agencies as appropriate.
· Keep track of the performing and non-performing aspects of the marketing strategy at all levels of the business.
· Create and oversee content calendar for social media on various social networks, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn. You will also advise on strategies to maximize social media presence and growth.
· You will assist in planning events. Perform other vital duties as assigned.
· Design and collaborate on monthly magazine ads for print publication (using Canva).

Experience and Education
· Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience and superior skills in a related post where the same set of marketing and leadership skills have been used.
Skills/Abilities/Knowledge
· Strong knowledge and use of:
o Canva for asset and marketing design.
o Knowledge of Excel and WordPress.
o Data software such as CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Analytics and deployment
