The Position:

We are seeking Carpenters and/or Apprentices or Helpers to maintain and repair rental properties. Experience in finishing carpentry, interior renovations, painting, drywall, flooring and trim an asset. Other jobs include fences, decks, bathroom renovations, siding repairs and installation, roofing and all interior and exterior home repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications:

Carpenter, Carpenters apprentice or experienced handyman/woman with minimum 1 year experience and 5 years plus experience preferred but will look at experience3d handy persons.
