The Role – Senior Finance Analyst – 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Pacific Life Re (“PL Re”) is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational excellence across the organization. After a significant global expansion and a strategic push to standardize systems and platforms worldwide, PL Re is embarking on a comprehensive back-office transformation program. Simultaneously, the finance unit is implementing multiple initiatives to enhance capabilities in response to evolving business demands and complex transactions.
Within the Financial Reporting workstream, there is a pivotal need for support as the project progresses through its various stages. This role will collaborate directly with the core team leading the charge in system and process changes, contributing to the achievement of key objectives for both the overall project and the specific financial reporting workstream.
Key outcomes involve standardizing reporting processes globally to enhance transparency and talent mobility, automating manual procedures, and fostering improved cross-functional collaboration and integration.
The role holder will cultivate close relationships with subject matter experts and teams across different regions and workstreams, maintaining consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
The financial reporting workstream benefits from support by cross-functional teams established as part of the extensive global transformation project. The teams provide essential change management support and guidance, ensuring a systematic, controlled, and efficient approach to change within the company.
