The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Have friendly conversations and build rapport with fans on behalf of creators
- Address inquiries and questions from fans in a timely, polite manner
- Provide suggestions to improve creator-fan relationships and engagement
- Track chat metrics and give regular updates to the team on performance
Ideal Profile
- 1+ years experience in OF chat community management/any community engagement platform
- Excellent both English written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple accounts
- Passion for the content creating industry and familiarity with the OF platform
- Flexible schedule – ability to work evenings and weekends
- Motivated self-starter who takes initiative on chatting best practices
