Paladin Technologies Looking for Customer Care Agent (Bilingual) at Remote

Customer Care Agents are responsible for processing and invoicing completed service work requests, performing account setup and maintenance for customer accounts, service billing, and supporting other administrative functions.

**This is a remote (work from home) position for Canadian residents only. Bilingual (English/French) required. Filling 0600 to 1430 PST shift**


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creation and updating of accounts
  • Process customer orders and sales contracts
  • Prepare billing and invoicing
  • Invoice adjustments, inquiries, and follow-ups
  • Responding to emails and phone calls
  • Administrative support
  • Other related tasks/projects as required


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in both English and French (written and verbal)
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in administrative support and/or billing support isan asset
  • Superior customer service capabilities
  • Strong organizational and communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong typing skills
  • Self starter who can work independently
  • Ability to prioritize departmental functions to meet due dates and deadlines
