The Role: President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Responsible for the accuracy and predictability of financial performance through the utilization of the forecasting process and responsible for communicating deviations and action plans to the Board

The Person
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent business experience)
10+ years senior leadership experience, with the ability to develop and mentor a high-performing senior management team
Proven managerial, collaboration and team-building skills – experience integrating, building, and promoting an excellent culture and philosophy that is based on performance, continuous improvement, productivity, and profitability
Proven ability to develop and implement business and operating plans aligned with the overall corporate strategy and objectives, while adhering to a high standard of ethics and business practices
Track record of business development experience both within and outside of the post-secondary sector is an asset
Strong financial and business acumen – experience evaluating business risks and challenges, and implementing actions to mitigate risks, overcome challenges and create new opportunities
