Job description
We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skill and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist the exhibition department, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, email, and generally being a helpful and positive presence.
To be successful at this role, candidates must be proficient in English, have strong organizational skills and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Our Customer Service Representative must be very comfortable with computers, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, the right candidate should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
Requirements:
Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Social Media, and Excel
Specialize in administrative writing skills
Exemplary planning and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, organized, detail oriented with superior interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workloads
An enthusiastic personality and a commitment to working as a team or individual
Ability to adapt, take direction and produce positive results
Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, fast typing with an eye for detail
Ensure customer service timelines are met but responding to hundreds of emails on a daily basis
Ad hoc job duties as needed on a per project and daily basis
About the Position
This position will support Paquin Entertainment’s exhibition division, with a full-time remote, work from home position. One will respond to customer service emails, phone calls, answer inquiries and requests, act as a liaison and coordinate professional correspondence on behalf of the department.
Must be willing and able to work weekdays and weekends
