Job Summary:

The Director of Recruiting & HR at Parallelz will play a critical role in overseeing both the recruiting and human resources functions within the organization. This position requires the individual to dedicate equal time and effort to effectively manage and enhance these two key areas.

This position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to attract and acquire top talent. This involves implementing various sourcing methods, conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and making informed hiring decisions. Additionally, this role will ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, promoting the organization’s employer brand and values.

This position will also be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle. This includes designing and implementing robust onboarding programs to ensure smooth transitions for new hires, developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures, providing support and guidance to employees throughout their tenure, and overseeing the exit process to ensure a positive offboarding experience. The Director will also be involved in employee engagement initiatives, performance management, training and development, and maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the tech or gaming industry.
• Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to talent acquisition.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to talent acquisition and HR practices, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
